#Ddp yoga now app history full#
It all depends now if I can get the full expierence with DDPY now or if I need to wait for the DVDs. I got the space for DDP Yoga, and some weights for additional training (kettlebells and I think I should have some dumbbells somewhere). I'm 28, male, 6'1" and around 400lbs (estimated, haven't checked in a while). So streaming might be just the thing for me, IF I get the full package with it. Once I found my rythm it is harder to get me off it. So I got these 6 weeks to "get in the groove", so to speak. They are going to take a trip with their mobile home for 6-8 weeks starting next week. The type that means well but kills all motivation you might have. They're great and supportive, but you know the type."don't eat that, do something, have you done x or y today" etc. The thing is, I share a house with my parents. In fact, with how shitty our customs office is atm, I'm lucky if I'd get them in time for christmas. So the DVDs might take a while to get here. Do I get those with a DDPY now subscription too, or just with the DVDs? If you buy the DVD Package, you get workput plans, nutrition stuff etc. All but one that I can't seem to figure out. I've been lurking in this sub for a while now, and most of my questions I found answers for.
